Simple Acai Bowl

Serves 2
Prep time: 5 minutes


1 frozen banana
1 heaped cup mixed berries
1 cup (250ml) plant-based milk
1-2 tablespoons almond or cashew butter
1 x 100g frozen acai packet (ensure you get the 100% pure acai) or 2 heaped tablespoons acai powder
2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt (optional)
1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)

fruit of choice
bee pollen
cacao nibs
coconut flakes


  1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with any toppings of choice. Serve immediately.

Note: Try adding in 1/2 cup frozen kale or spinach (optional).
